WeReply Help Center

Team & Permissions

As your support team grows, WeReply lets you manage who has access to your workspace, what they can do, and how conversations are distributed between them. These settings live under Settings → Users, Roles, and Teams.

Users

The Users page lists everyone with access to your WeReply workspace. From here you can invite new team members and manage existing accounts. Users also appear in the Inbox sidebar so conversations can be assigned directly to them.

Roles

Roles define what a user is allowed to see and do within WeReply — for example, whether they can access settings, manage channels, or only handle conversations. Assign a role to each user based on their responsibilities.

Teams

Teams let you group users together — for example by department, language, or shift. Conversations and channels can be assigned to a team as a whole, making it easy to distribute workload across the right group of people.

A clear roles-and-teams setup makes conversation assignment in the Inbox much faster, since you can route conversations straight to the right group.
