Contacts & Contact Groups

Every person who messages you is automatically saved as a contact in WeReply, giving you a complete view of your customers across all channels.

The Contacts page

Go to Contacts in the main navigation to see your full customer database. From here you can:

  • Search for a specific contact by name, email, or phone number.
  • View a contact's details and which channels they've used to reach you.
  • Open a contact's full conversation history.

Contact Groups

Contact Groups let you organize your customers into segments — for example by customer type, region, or campaign. Each group can be given a name and a color for easy recognition.

Creating a contact group

  1. Go to Settings → Contact Groups.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Give the group a name and choose a color.
  4. Add the relevant contacts to the group.
Contact Groups make it easier to filter conversations and run targeted outreach to specific sets of customers.
