Labels

Labels are color-coded tags you can apply to conversations to categorize and organize them — for example by topic, status, or priority.

Viewing labels

Go to Settings → Labels to see all labels available in your workspace, along with their assigned colors.

Creating a label

  1. Go to Settings → Labels and click Add.
  2. Give the label a name (for example "Open", "Urgent", or "Billing").
  3. Choose a color to help it stand out in the Inbox.
  4. Save the label.

Applying labels to conversations

Open a conversation in the Inbox and apply one or more labels from the Labels section in the sidebar. Labeled conversations can then be filtered and found quickly, making it easier to track recurring topics or prioritize urgent issues.

Use a consistent labeling system across your team so conversations stay easy to find and your reports stay meaningful.
